Website enquiries
If you use the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, any telephone number or vehicle details you provide, and your message. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you request. Please do not include sensitive information or claim documents in the form.
We use enquiry information to take steps at your request before providing a service and, where applicable, to fulfil the service agreed with you. Information used to protect the form against abuse is processed for our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
Where enquiries are held
Enquiries are saved privately in WordPress and emailed to the business. Our hosting and email providers process the information to operate those services. We do not sell enquiry information or automatically add you to a marketing list.
Retention
Website enquiry records are scheduled for removal after 90 days. Removal depends on WordPress scheduled tasks running. Email copies and any records required for an ongoing job are managed separately and kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
Spam prevention and technical information
The form uses a security token and, when enabled, a hidden spam field. A keyed hash of your connection address and, for valid submissions, your email address is used to limit repeated submissions for one hour. The enquiry system does not save your raw connection address. Hosting providers may keep separate server logs.
Cookies and external services
This plugin does not add analytics, advertising cookies, embedded maps or tracking pixels. WordPress may use necessary cookies for administrative login and other functions. A WhatsApp link, if enabled, takes you to an external service with its own privacy information.
Your information rights
You can contact us to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
